Silva Trails Wet Utilities

Sellers was contracted by Meritage Homes to install water and sewer for a new subdivision being built in Goodyear. While majority of this project is located within a subdivision
lot, the connections to the lines are out in the roadway on Van Buren & Harrison. The
subdivision is located right next to Odyssey Prep School which required us to coordinate road work with the school. To accommodate the pickup and drop-off times we set up different traffic control plans throughout the day to allow us to work in the road and maintain access to the school. As Sellers was the prime contractor, we were responsible for communicating and coordinating with the school, the City, and our traffic control subcontractor.
