Pima County Parks and Recreation

Complete renovation of sports park including:

• Demolition of existing asphalt pathways, (12) dugouts, batting cages, site concrete, rip rap, and 2 concession building interiors including old kitchen equipment.

• Major grading modifications for drainage and site improvements.

• Renovation of 2 concession building interiors including new doors, flooring, cabinets, stainless steel counter tops, paint, and kitchen equipment.

• Construction of masonry ADA restroom addition to North concession building.

• Complete removal and reinstallation of existing 360 degrees wrap around deck to accommodate ADA access.

• Installation of new trex deck ramp to reinstalled 360 degrees wrap around deck for ADA access.

• Installation of new steel hand/guard rail around both concessions building 360 degree wrap around decks, new ramps, and elevated concrete pathways.

• Installation of new concrete pathways park wide.

• Installation of new LED pathway/area light poles.

• Installation of 2 gravity block site retention site walls

• Installation of masonry column sign posts with powered entrance signs. • Installation of wrought iron security fence at park entrance.

• Modification to ticket teller booth to include new station with pass through.

• Installation of new Playground

• Construction of (12) new softball dugouts & associated fencing.

• Modification to existing softball fencing.

• Demolition of failing concrete bleachers, reconstruction of bleachers to match original.

•Exterior Paint of all structures, steel, and security fencing.

• Installation of 2 grass / turf areas

• Installation of complete Irrigation system to 6 softball fields including outfields and infield dust control, 1 multi-purpose field, and 2 recreational areas

• Installation of Seedless / Thorn less Mesquite trees

• Installation of grouted rip rap
