Floreo at Teravalis

Sellers was contracted by Trillium Management Development Company to install water, sewer, and storm drain for a new subdivision being built out in North West Buckeye. Sewer installation – Sellers completed all trenching, bedding, pipe, manholes, services, fittings, plugs, cleanouts, trench backfill, and compaction per plans and specifications and city requirements. Water installation – Sellers completed all trenching, bedding, pipe, services, fire hydrants, valves, valve boxes, taps, blow offs, fittings, plugs, trench backfill, and compaction per plans and specifications. Storm Drain – Sellers completed all trenching, bedding, pipe, manholes, trench backfill, and compaction per plans and specifications and city requirements.

The main challenge on this project was there were several other contractors
working within the subdivision at the same time. This required additional planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication so that all projects could be completed within their respective timeframes.
